L2 Support Engineer

We are looking for a L2 Support Engineer to provide technical support to our customers via phone, e-mail and other support channels.

Your responsibilities 

  • Managing customer inquiries via emails, and calls.
  • Providing the existing customers with technical assistance on the products and services.
  • Leading training sessions on different products online with customers.
  • Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products.
  • Providing introductory information to the new customers.
  • Working with CRSs and other departments to find the best solutions to resolve customer's issues.


Your knowledge and experience

  • Knowledge of English at B2 (or higher) level.
  • Strong communication skills, and experience in business correspondence.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to make presentations, and pieces of training to answer customer's questions.
  • Ability to explain complex tech things in a simple language.
  • Advanced ability to provide technical assistance, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.
  • Ability to learn new concepts.
